When will my order arrive?
The exact day is written on the product page before you pay — «At your door», followed by the day. Set your delivery country and postcode and it is calculated for your address.
Under «Our delivery promise» the product page shows the day for the configuration you chose and for the address in the bar at the top of the page. The same day follows you into the basket and the Checkout page.
«At your door» means the first time the courier tries to deliver. If nobody is home or the address is incomplete, that attempt still counts as ours.
After the order, the page of that order in My account shows the steps up to the promised day.
The limit, said plainlyThe day holds from the moment your payment is in and your file is ready for production. If either comes later, the day moves, and we tell you at once.
