Where do I see the status of my order?
In My account, under Orders. Open the order and you see its steps, from the payment to the promised delivery day.
The order page tells you in plain words where things stand.
| Payment received | shown once the money is really in. |
|---|---|
| ON SCHEDULE | paid, and on track for the promised day. |
| WAITING FOR YOU | something is needed from you, a bank transfer to make, a file to upload, or a draft to approve. A countdown shows how long you have before the promised day moves. |
The page you see right after ordering shows the same information.
The limit, said plainlyIf a flag of the order still needs a file or your approval, the order waits for you. Look at My Print Jobs.
